Some of my earliest work; aged 4.

“I’m a self taught illustrator with a passion for art-making, which started when I was about 10 years old.

In 2006 I sold my house and quit my corporate oil company job to pursue a full time career in art and illustration. Fast forward 10 years and I have worked with some of The World’s top agencies and publishing houses.

Although my work is predominantly digital, I’ve always had a love for traditional media techniques and I try to convey this aesthetic in my digital work. (And when I’m not working on digital projects, you’ll find me painting, scraping, and printing away, using real-world media.)

My career as an illustrator and artist was somewhat of a happy accident, considering that I didn’t have the opportunity to study fine art after high school. Despite this, my passion for creating art meant that I found my way into a professional art career at the age of 30. I was born in Zimbabwe, but moved to South Africa, along with my family, during the 80’s. I currently live in Johannesburg, South Africa with my wife and our 4 year old son. Here in my home studio I spend my days doing what I love to do most.”
